Katie entered the business with the idea that she'd only make a few movies. Katie met her husband James Jackman on the set of Zak and Miri Make a Porno and the two were eventually married in 2009. That year, Katie retired from the adult business, but she successfully transitioned to mainstream work. Before joining the XXX business, Katie attended junior college, worked as a waitress, a clerk and even the manager of a pet store.
