In March 2013, Ms Heston sought and was granted a protection order for herself and the children against Mr Norton. Sometime after this she called police to complain about his “play fighting” with the children. Before they separated in 2014, Ms Heston and Mr Norton had altercations which resulted in the police attending. 423 a week, suffers from chronic kidney disease and is awaiting a transplant.
